Intuitive Bodywork
I combine three Thai Yoga Massage certifications, over 200 hours of Ayurvedic Rasayana training and a compassionate, healing touch into an experience that will leave you relaxed and rejuvenated .
Meal Preparation
Do you get home late on Tuesdays and are too tired to cook when you get there? Having friends over and want to entertain instead of cook? Allow us to do the heavy lifting in your kitchen.

60/90 minute sessions available for $70/90. An additional fee will be added for the mobile massage option. Please reach out with any questions or to make an appointment.
